A licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) Ayla joined Boyd Real Estate in April 2023. Ayla has 8 years of property management experience and began her career in property management working in subsidized housing, has managed a portfolio of single-family rentals, and commercial properties here in Marion County. While working for uBreakiFix by Asurion as a Franchise Development Specialist, she gained skills in corporate lease negotiation, CAD, Branding and Marketing. Ayla spent her childhood here in Marion County active in 4-H and FFA before moving to the Middle East as a teenager and later returning to central Florida to attend college. Ayla obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Business Management from Santa Fe College, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Saint Leo University. In her spare time Ayla likes to travel, who knows where she will go next could be anywhere from Hadrian’s wall, or the Saqqara Tombs of Egypt (she’s only just started her fourth Passport so lots of new empty pages to fill). Ayla has three dogs, both Freshwater and Saltwater aquariums and is a self-professed “crazy plant lady”.
