As Director of Construction, Mr. Waters manages the oversight of development, including site feasibility, preconstruction estimates, contractor procurement and managing the vertical construction process and procedures of General Contractor partners. Since 2005 Mr. Waters experience has been in the General Contracting business building industrial, senior living, healthcare, and residential amenity projects.
